Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a strategic leader to build and operate a ServiceNow Center of Excellence and Innovation (CoEI) for a client organization. You will develop the blueprint, establish governance and delivery frameworks, and lead cross-functional teams to scale ServiceNow as an enterprise platform for digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise IT service management or IT strategy, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience; platform administration and configuration.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HR, Customer Service or similar).
• Proven ability to build and scale cross-functional teams.
• Budgeting, cost management, and ROI experience.
• Delivery or consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the client's vision and business case for ServiceNow as an enterprise platform.
• Own and oversee all ServiceNow instances across the enterprise.
• Establish and preside over strategic governance functions (steering committees, demand boards, design boards).
• Drive organizational change management to scale ServiceNow adoption.
• Design and implement the CoEI organizational structure across four core functions.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams; define roles, responsibilities, and accountability (RACI).
• Define ServiceNow as a Service offerings; establish SLAs and engagement commitments.
• Establish demand management and prioritization processes.
• Oversee delivery of new ServiceNow capabilities and upgrades on time and budget.
• Drive platform hygiene and upgrade planning; manage escalations and cross-functional issues.
• Establish technical governance policies and security/compliance frameworks.
• Lead enterprise transformation and foster innovation across IT, HR, finance, and customer service.
• Stakeholder management: communicate progress, value, and risks to executives.
