Who Are We Looking For?

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will hold a foundational position within our teams. This is a career‑defining role in a fast‑growing environment. You will be instrumental in generating revenue, shaping our sales motion, and bringing Mobiz’s Services to the world’s best companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales process for enterprise accounts, covering lead generation and qualification through to negotiation, closing, and renewals.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Generate a pipeline from existing and new customer accounts via value‑driven outbound prospecting (incl. cold calls, emails, conferences). Develop a strategy to break into and close key strategic logos.
  • Drive complex solution sales, consistently closing large, high‑value deals, targeting six or seven‑figure contracts.
  • Build comprehensive proposals and ROI cases that clearly articulate Clarity’s transformative value proposition.
  • Lead negotiations, addressing objections, and navigate contracts and agreements quickly and effectively, working closely with legal and finance stakeholders. Forecast and accurately report on pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a top‑performing Enterprise Account Executive in a quota‑carrying role with a strong and consistent track record of exceeding targets. (7+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales is typically sought for Strategic Accounts.)
  • Demonstrable experience in managing complex solution sales cycles and consistently closing large deals. Experience closing six to seven‑figure deals is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365) and CSP licensing models.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 are a bonus (Preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Logical and analytical work approach.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to speak the language of the CxO.
  • Consistent performance meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
