Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to all students in class or online.
• Teach according to students' needs, abilities and achievements.
• Contribute to school development plan implementation (FIS).
• Assign, correct and provide feedback on student work per policies.
• Assess, record and report student development, progress and behavior.
• Provide or contribute to assessments, reports and references for students.
• Communicate with staff and parents to ensure best interests of students.
• Participate in in-service education, PD and action research.
• Maintain order and safeguard health and safety of students.
• Attend staff meetings related to curriculum and administration.
• Participate in MAP, P/SAT, Tahsili, Qodurat and IEP conferences and reviews with parents and other professionals.
• Ensure high standards of practice and quality of teaching through dialogue and peer review.
