Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is hiring a Hiring Technician, Press Shop CNC based in Jeddah. You will operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision metal parts and perform basic CNC programming for cutter paths and surface models.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor in engineering and at least 2 years in a machine shop, with hands-on CNC machining experience, and a focus on quality, safety, and maintenance of equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a machine shop environment.
• Hands-on experience with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining.
• Knowledge of CNC programming, machining processes, and precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines to manufacture precision metal parts.
• Perform basic CNC programming, including cutter paths and surface models.
• Ensure machining quality, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Monitor machine performance and assist in resolving technical issues.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on CNC machinist and in conventional machining with experience in toolroom operations, CNC programming, precision machining, troubleshooting, and manufacturing spare parts in an automotive or advanced manufacturing environment.
