IOTA GROUP is seeking an Engineering Technical Training Coordinator to lead and coordinate technical training for operators and project staff in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province.

You will align external and internal trainers, develop course objectives, maintain training records, and deliver KPI-driven programs while working in a multicultural, high-pressure environment with contractors and PMT teams. Experience in EPCC projects and knowledge of safety and environmental practices are essential.

Competenze

• Background in refining and petrochemical technologies.
• Technical knowledge of international and American codes (IEC, EN, NFPA, UL, IEEE, ANSI).
• Construction and commissioning knowledge a plus.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia / Middle East and EPCC projects.
• Safety and environmental aspects of major construction projects.

• Manage and coordinate technical and industrial skills training for operators and staff.
• Coordinate external and internal trainers and ensure course quality.
• Attend courses, collect feedback, and evaluate topics and trainer performance.
• Develop course specifications and select external trainers.
• Maintain training database, trainer evaluations, and KPI reporting.
