Qualifications

• 10 years of software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS or large-scale distributed applications.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Solid communication skills and the ability to convey technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with multiple programming languages and continuous learning mindset.
• Proficient understanding of system design and distributed computing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to design, develop and maintain product features.
• Oversee the implementation of the software development process and ensure high code quality.
• Drive architecture decisions and strategic technical direction for Focal.
• Coordinate hiring and allocation of resources to support the team.
