Job summary

TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING S.A DUBAI BRANCH in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced software quality engineer to develop and execute test plans and procedures, ensuring product reliability and quality across the software stack.

You will debug defects with senior engineers, write clean, well-documented code, participate in code reviews, and uphold coding standards to improve maintainability, security, and performance. A Bachelor in Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering is required.
• Seven (7) years of experience, with five in the relevant field and discipline within EHV/HV/LV Power Transmission projects.
• Experience in Engineering, Design, Procurement, Project Management related to electrical substations, OHTL/UG cables, STATCOM.

• Develop and execute test plans, cases and procedures to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Debug and resolve software defects with senior engineers to identify root causes and implement solutions.

Develop and execute test plans cases and procedures to ensure software quality and reliability contributing to a robust product Debug and resolve software defects collaborating with senior engineers to identify root causes and implement effective solutions Write clean efficient and well-documented code adhering to coding standards and contributing to the maintainability of the codebase Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices for code quality and security University Degree – Bachelor in Engineering.

Seven (7) years of experience, which Five (5) years shall be in the relevant field and discipline and must be in Engineering, Design, Procurement, Project Management, of EHV/HV/LV Power Transmission projects involving Electrical Substation, OHTL/UG Cables, STATCOM.

Good command of written and spoken English language is necessary. Similar qualification for Arabic language is desirable & becomes added qualification.
