Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Senior Discipline Construction Inspector to oversee contractor works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements, and to support testing and handover activities.

The role emphasizes site supervision, reviewing drawings and submittals, coordinating with the contractor and other disciplines, and maintaining inspection records to support thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect contractor works within the assigned discipline.
• Review drawings, technical submittals, method statements and RFIs.
• Verify materials and completed works against approved requirements.
• Identify and report non-conformances, defects and technical issues.
• Coordinate with the Contractor and other disciplines to resolve site issues.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to the Senior Lead Engineer.
• Maintain inspection records and support project documentation.
• Participate in testing, commissioning and handover activities.

Support the supervision of discipline-specific construction activities ensuring that the Contractor s works comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect Contractor works within the assigned discipline
• Review drawings technical submittments method statements and RFIs
• Verify materials and completed works against approved requirements
• Identify and report non-conformances, defects and technical issues
• Coordinate with the Contractor and other disciplines to resolve site issues
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Senior Lead Engineer
• Maintain inspection records and support project documentation
• Participate in testing, commissioning and handover activities

Project Locations

Potential opportunities may arise across Central Region – Riyadh, Western Region – Jeddah, Western Region – Makkah - Madinah, Eastern Region – Khobar - Dammam, Southern Region – Aseer - Jazan, Najran.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline. 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in consultancy field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of relevant codes, standards, drawings, and specifications.
• Professional engineering registration/accreditation where applicable.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration
