Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in applications testing, configuration, deployment, administration, and support.
• Familiarity with document management systems and legal macro packages.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, deploy, manage, and support assigned applications at the enterprise level.
• Create project plans and execute application rollouts and upgrades.
• Provide Tier 3 support for core applications assigned to the team.
