Job summary

Al-Futtaim Engineering & Technologies is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to manage elevator division projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate with stakeholders, oversee design, sourcing and logistics, and ensure objectives are met in scope, schedule, and quality.

The role emphasizes cost control, risk management, and team leadership to deliver successful outcomes for clients across the Middle East region.

Qualifications

Must have strong project management skills and track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience managing customer relationships and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication across disciplines and levels.

Responsibilities

Plan and direct internal project activities from initiation through closure.
Coordinate with stakeholders across the project lifecycle to align scope, schedule and quality.
Utilize AFET project management methodologies to control scope, schedule, and budget.
Act as a liaison in the supply line and manage design, sourcing and logistics plans.
Lead and mentor project team members to improve performance and deliverables.
Provide project updates in steering group meetings and manage vendor relationships.
