Our client, a specialized food manufacturing company with expertise in sugar production, is actively looking for an Electrical Technician to join their team in Jeddah.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine electrical maintenance on food processing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Install, test, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement electrical modifications and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Participate in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support during production operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct tests and assessments of new systems and repairs to ensure quality
• Assemble and install electrical panels, wire harnesses, and other electrical equipment
• Respond quickly to all service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
• Communicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impacted
• Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule
• Log all services and report progress to management
