You will lead a team of electricians, transfer knowledge, and tackle technical challenges across commercial vehicles, buses, and marine engines. The role requires hands-on diagnostic skills and the ability to train others while maintaining safety, organization, and high-quality workmanship in all service areas.

Qualifications

• Knowledge to cope with technical difficulties in workshop operations.
• Ability to lead a team of electrical workers and transfer know-how.
• Experience diagnosing electrical systems in commercial vehicles, buses, and marine engines.

Responsibilities

• Train those below him and help them when required.
• Work at the roadside when required.
• Update / maintain technical literature.
• Regularly check electrical tool boxes.
