Job summary

Agility is seeking an Electromechanical Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems, ensuring safety and adherence to project specs.

You will lead technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, review schematics, train staff, and collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines while maintaining a compliant, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical systems maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and related technologies.
• Relevant certifications in maintenance or electrical fields are preferred.
