Job summary

ProjecTTech in Riyadh seeks an experienced Electrical Manager to lead the delivery of high‑end electrical infrastructure for luxury hospitality projects. You will oversee HV/MV/LV design coordination, generator plants, UPS, and resilient power systems to ensure uninterrupted 5‑star operations.

You will coordinate across disciplines, supervise the electrical engineering team, review technical reports, and ensure compliance with SBC and Saudi regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent registration is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• Experience delivering electrical systems for luxury hospitality or mega developments.
• Experience in leading engineering teams in Tier‑1 design firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering team across all project phases.
• Oversee design and coordination of HV, MV, and LV power distribution.
• Develop robust power architectures including generator plants and UPS systems.
• Coordinate interfaces with Mechanical, Structural, Architectural, Interior Design, and ICT disciplines.
• Collaborate with lighting designers to integrate luxury lighting and fixtures.
• Review calculations, load schedules, SLDs, reports, and shop drawings.
• Monitor quality, risks, schedules, and design performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, utilities, and suppliers.
• Support value engineering while preserving reliability and luxury standards.
