Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering and Saudi Council of Engineering registration.
• One year of experience in electrical sub-station fields.
• Willingness to relocate within Saudi Arabia for site visits (ITO/OTR).

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and technical specifications for construction and commissioning of new tenders and site execution.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and milestones to meet timelines.
• Coordinate site organization, establishment, and development processes.
• Implement site quality and safety procedures across activities.
• Develop and review installation and commissioning method statements and risk assessments.
• Interface with project management for execution planning and hindrances.
• Coordinate with engineering on designs and drawings approvals from clients/consultants.
• Interface with procurement on materials deliveries and schedules.
• Monitor progress, prepare status reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Collaborate with clients/consultants and suppliers on progress, look-ahead schedules and invoicing.
