Job summary

Innowell Engineering International in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Electrical BIM Modelling Engineer to develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit, prepare electrical layouts, and produce construction drawings. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of Electrical BIM modelling experience, familiarity with Navisworks and AutoCAD, and a background in MEP systems.

Middle East project experience is an added advantage; join a team focused on accurate documentation and timely project

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical & Electronics Eng or related field.
• 3–6 years electrical BIM modelling experience.
• Middle East project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare electrical layouts, lighting, power, ELV, fire alarm and containment models.
• Produce construction drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP, Fire Protection, Structural and Architectural teams.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings using Navisworks.
• Ensure BIM standards, project specs and company guidelines are followed.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions and client comments.
• Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions and documentation.
• Support quantity take-offs and BOQ extraction as needed.
• Deliver project milestones within agreed timelines.

• Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Structural, and Architectural teams.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings using Navisworks.
