Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Project Manager for EHV TL projects in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee mobilization to energization, coordinating SEC and client needs while managing schedule, cost, and resources to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include leading engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, risk mitigation, and final handover, with a focus on quality, safety, and stakeholder relations across a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EHV TL construction practices.
• Quality and safety management.
• Stakeholder management (SEC/NG/consultants/contractors).
• Planning, scheduling, and execution skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project execution from mobilization to energization and handover.
• Manage project schedule, cost, resources, manpower, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with SEC, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
• Lead engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Identify project risks and implement timely corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with SEC/NG-SEC standards, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Manage commercial matters, variations, claims, and cost optimization.
• Drive effective stakeholder management and client relationships.
• Ensure timely project completion, documentation, and final handover.
