  • Own EHS execution across project sites and field service activities nationwide, including oversight of high-risk work such as electrical tasks, HV switching, lifting, confined space entry, and work at height
  • Ensure safe, compliant working conditions across offices, workshops, and warehouses, managing emergency preparedness, fire protection, and occupational health programs
  • Build and sustain a proactive Zero Harm safety culture by coaching managers and field personnel, running safety campaigns and behavioral safety initiatives, and embedding EHS into daily operations
  • Design and deliver EHS training and competency programs, ensuring employees and contractors maintain required certifications and capability across all levels of the organization
  • Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis, and manage a team of three EHS professionals while reporting performance metrics and leading audits and regulatory inspections
