Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer roles.
• At least three to five years at Director or Head of eCommerce level.
• Experience leading the operational side of a high-growth online channel.

Responsibilities

• Run the daily and weekly trading rhythm for the online channel.
• Own the online promotional calendar in coordination with teams.
• Manage day-to-day operational performance including customer escalations.
