Job description

We are a premier, fast-growing E-commerce brand experiencing rapid expansion. Operating at a high volume with large-scale daily operations, we proudly serve a massive and diverse customer base directly through our online storefront. We pride ourselves on operational excellence and modern commercial practices, and we are currently seeking a high-caliber leader to drive our next phase of digital sales and growth.

Job Title: E-commerce & Marketing Manager
Location: Jeddah, KSA (Only candidates currently available in KSA will be considered)
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Description

We are seeking a strong, results-oriented E-commerce & Marketing Manager who is first and foremost an exceptional team leader with a mature managerial mindset. This is not a routine execution or basic media buying job, we are strictly looking for an individual who operates with the intellect of a business partner.

In this role, you will take full accountability for our high-volume online storefront ecosystem, retail growth strategies, conversion rates, and cross-functional marketing operations, as well as digital marketing skills and inventory management. You are expected to bring mature commercial judgment, strategic thinking and structural command to guide internal teams and external agencies toward ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Development: Oversee, mentor and structurally manage the internal marketing team and external agencies. Foster an autonomous, high-performance culture backed by clear, data-driven KPIs.

P&L & Financial Accountability: Own the commercial outcome. Strategically allocate, monitor and optimize the overall marketing budget across all performance channels to protect profit margins, maximize ROAS and sustainably lower CAC.

Executive Reporting & Business Intelligence: Translate complex, raw data metrics into high-level financial and operational insights. Regularly present clear, structured progress reports to upper management to drive corporate decision-making.

Storefront Growth Management: Maximize conversion metrics and user-funnel health across the storefront, ensuring distinct, highly optimized user journeys and digital funnels.

Advanced Performance Marketing Strategy: Architect and audit digital advertising funnels and testing frameworks across multiple networks (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google...). You must master campaign architecture, behavioral targeting dynamics and creative scaling methodologies.

Cross-Department Synergy: Proactively align marketing calendars with operations, logistics and inventory managers to guarantee supply chain stability and product availability during massive scaling phases.

Qualifications

Proven Leadership & Managerial Mindset: A solid history of successfully leading, inspiring and organizing marketing departments or creative teams, with a strong focus on taking full ownership of performance outcomes.

Salla Platform Expertise (Mandatory): Advanced, hands-on experience managing, optimizing and scaling established, high-traffic e-commerce structures built specifically on the Salla platform, with deep knowledge of its operational capabilities and workflow integrations.

Campaign Intelligence & Architecture: A sharp commercial mind that thoroughly understands testing theories, algorithm behaviors, hook structures and strategic creative deployment.

High-Volume E-commerce Experience: Hands-on experience managing high-traffic e-commerce operations with solid exposure to direct-to-consumer (B2C) commercial setups.

Data & Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex e-commerce data, conversion rate optimization (CRO), performance metrics and customer behavior on the store.

Languages: Very Strong Arabic and English communication skills.

Education & Industry Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

Previous commercial exposure in FMCG, e-commerce product sales or retail operations (such as high-volume F&B or fast-moving physical goods) is highly preferred.
