Job summary

Elia Grid International seeks an Asset Management Systems Functional Consultant in Riyadh to lead and implement EAM/APM solutions for electric utilities. You will translate business needs into system configurations, design processes, and ensure data quality across generation, transmission and distribution contexts.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in engineering and 12–15+ years in EAM/APM projects, with hands-on IBM Maximo/MAS experience, and the ability to work on international projects with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 12–15+ years of experience in EAM/APM implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of electric utility operations (T&D, substations).
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo / IBM MAS or similar EAM /APM platforms.
• Experience in RBM, FMECA, APM, asset health, failure analysis, and maintenance optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, and implementation of EAM and APM platforms, or similar solutions.
• Act as a functional SME for asset management processes during implementation projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Support system configuration, validation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Design and document end-to-end asset management processes, including work management, maintenance, asset lifecycle, and replacement planning.
• Contribute to RCM, RBM, FMECA/FMEA, AHI, and risk-based maintenance frameworks for key asset classes.
