Americana Foods - National Food Company is seeking an E-commerce Executive to grow online channels by strengthening relationships with partners and ensuring flawless execution of promotions, listings, and sales targets across platforms like Ninja, HungerStation, Noon, and Amazon.

You will align with marketing, supply chain, and finance to optimize content, manage assortments, campaigns, stock, and payments, while tracking performance and market trends to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Account management with e-commerce partners (Ninja, HungerStation, Noon, Amazon)
• Sales targets through promotions and pricing strategies
• Assortment updates and onboarding of new SKUs
• Plan and execute online promotions and campaigns
• Monitor sales data, conversion rates and market share
• Coordinate with supply chain and customer service for stock
• Follow up on payments and reconcile invoices
• Optimize product listings with images, descriptions and SEO
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and finance
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with e-commerce customers (e.g., Ninja, HungerStation, Noon, Amazon).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing the agreed promotional and pricing strategy.
• Ensure product assortment is updated and aligned across all platforms, with timely onboarding of new SKUs and seasonal launches.
• Plan and execute online promotions, flash sales, and campaigns in coordination with marketing and the platform teams.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, conversion rates, and market share to identify opportunities and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supply chain and customer service to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
• Proactively follow up on all payment collections, resolve invoice disputes, request breakdowns of payments, and ensure balance confirmations are shared with the finance team regularly.
• Work with brand and media teams to ensure product listings are optimized with proper images, descriptions, and SEO-friendly content.
• Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure cohesive operations and budget alignment.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in the e-commerce space.
