Job Description

Deliver driving training, guidance, and driving lessons to trainees inside and outside the driving school, while ensuring the roadworthiness of training vehicles in accordance with the established rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved policies, processes, and procedures, provide guidance to subordinates, and monitor their tasks and performance to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Perform the department's day-to-day operations in compliance with approved standards and procedures.
• Develop training plans and programs and determine trainee attendance for each class to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
• Inspect training vehicles before conducting training sessions to ensure they are fit for use.
• Coordinate with the driving school and examination committees to schedule driving tests and notify trainees accordingly.
