Overview

Returns supervisor. Duty for the general monitoring of returned items/goods into the stockroom. The role will include the advancement, efficiency and also upkeep of the storage facility, inventory of returns/stock control to generate an efficient system as well as invoices solution, making best use of performance against pre-agreed targets as well as control.

Responsibilities

• Manages whole returns location as well as staff.
• Audits Returns Reason Codes being used by Returns Associates.
• Audits that pieces returned are not sent back incorrectly (e.g., ensuring items returned match what is supposed to be returned).
• Audits that re-wrap succeeded.
• Provide monthly coverage on content and layout as agreed or as required.
• Preserve accurate records.
• Send insurance claim reports for the required instances.
