The Document Controller, operating within the PMC team, is responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, traceability, and compliance with the project’s governance and quality standards. The role supports design, procurement, construction, and handover phases across residential, commercial, and public‑realm components of the mixed‑use development.
