The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in document control or project administration, preferably in engineering or construction sectors. Responsibilities include maintaining document systems, managing transmittals and revision control, and ensuring compliance with standards. This is a key role to support smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of document control or project administration experience.
• Experience in engineering, construction, utility, or EPC projects preferred.
• Knowledge of document control procedures and EDMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electronic and hard-copy document control systems.
• Log, register, track, and distribute project documents.
• Manage transmittals, document registers, and revision control.
• Ensure proper review, approval, archiving, and version control of technical documents.
