Job summary

Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is seeking a skilled Control Room Operator to join our team in the Oil & Energy sector. You will monitor, operate and maintain control panels, systems and equipment to regulate and optimise production processes, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

You will collaborate with technicians, engineers and other team members to achieve operational excellence while adhering to safety guidelines and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in dive centre operations or similar technical role.
• Experience with diving equipment preparation, inspection, and maintenance.
• Experience with compressors, cylinders, inventory management, and dive operations preferred.
• Experience supporting marine research or vessel-based diving is advantageous.
• Professional diving qualification (Divemaster or above) is desirable.
• First-aid, CPR, and oxygen administration qualifications are beneficial.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in dive centre operations, professional diving, scientific diving,marine operations, or a similar technical role.
• Demonstrated experience in diving equipment preparation, inspection, maintenance, and operational support.
• Experience with compressors, cylinders, inventory management, and dive operations is preferred.
• Experience supporting marine research, conservation, coral restoration, or vessel-based diving operations would be advantageous.
• Relevant technical, marine, diving, or vocational qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional diving qualification, preferably Divemaster or above.
• Recognized first-aid, CPR, and oxygen administration qualifications.
• Equipment servicing, compressor operation, gas blending, technical diving, or scientific diving qualifications are advantageous.
• Valid diving medical where participation in diving activities is required.
