Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor in Riyadh to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, put-away, order fulfillment, dispatch, and fleet coordination. You will lead shift teams, optimize resources, and ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards, and bonded warehouse rules.

The role requires supervising goods receipt, inventory control, and customer service, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, bonded environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily DC operations including inbound, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead shift teams, allocate resources, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Monitor WMS accuracy, inventory control, and bond warehouse compliance.
• Coordinate route planning, fleet activities, and delivery updates to customers.
