Job summary

Durucooperation seeks an experienced Discipline Engineer – Instrument Control System Design to support Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC activities for Saudi Aramco oil and gas refinery projects.

You will design, develop, and review ICS solutions, ensure compliance with SAEP/SAES/SAMS, and configure Yokogawa Centum VP, ProSafe-RS, and PRM while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Instrumentation & Control System Design.
• Extensive Pre-FEED/FEED and EPC project experience with Saudi Aramco.
• Hands-on with Yokogawa Centum VP, ProSafe-RS, and PRM.
• Knowledge of SAEP, SAES, SAMS standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and review ICS engineering designs across Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC projects.
• Develop DCS/PLC/SCADA/HMI architectures and documentation.
• Perform DCS I/O assignments, marshaling, and wiring reviews.
• Configure and integrate Yokogawa Centum VP, ProSafe-RS, and PRM.
• Develop PLC programs and SCADA/HMI configurations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and international standards.
• Collaborate with multidiscipline teams for project execution.
• Prepare specifications, datasheets, and technical deliverables.
• Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and problem solving.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Discipline Engineer – Instrument Control System Design to support Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC design engineering activities for Saudi Aramco Oil & Gas refinery projects. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and reviewing Instrumentation & Control System (ICS) solutions, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco engineering standards, project specifications, and international codes while delivering safe, reliable, and efficient process control systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Instrumentation & Control System (ICS) engineering designs for Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC projects.
• Develop DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI system architecture and design documentation.
• Perform DCS I/O assignments, signal configuration, marshaling cabinet design, and wiring reviews.
• Configure and integrate Yokogawa Centum VP, ProSafe-RS, Plant Resource Manager (PRM), and related control systems.
• Develop PLC programming, SCADA applications, and Human Machine Interface (HMI) configurations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco engineering standards (SAEP, SAES, SAMS) and applicable international standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support project execution and technical reviews.
• Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, design calculations, engineering deliverables, and project documentation.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities when required.
• Ensure engineering deliverables are completed within project schedules while maintaining quality and HSE requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Control Systems Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control System Design.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Pre-FEED and FEED Saudi Aramco Oil & Gas refinery projects.
• Proven EPC Design Engineering experience is mandatory.
• Hands‑on experience with Yokogawa Centum VP, ProSafe‑RS, and Plant Resource Manager (PRM).
• Strong experience in PLC programming, SCADA systems, HMI development, and industrial communication protocols including Modbus, Profibus, and EtherNet/IP.
• Experience in DCS I/O assignment, marshaling cabinet wiring, and signal configuration.
• Must have recent Saudi Aramco project experience with strong knowledge of SAEP, SAES, and SAMS standards.
