Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.
• Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or corporate investment divisions.
• Proven track record closing complex transactions (M&A, JV, etc.) and managing large portfolios.
• Strong financial modeling, DCF/LBO, and investment appraisal skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead investment strategy and capital allocation framework.
• Evaluate macro trends and identify new opportunities across asset classes.
• Design portfolio management strategies to optimize risk-adjusted returns.
• Oversee end-to-end deal lifecycle: M&A, divestitures, JVs, minority/majority stakes.
• Direct due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
• Manage valuation, modeling, and scenario analyses for prospective deals.
• Lead deal structuring, term sheets, and closing processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive value creation post-close.
• Collaborate with portfolio management for post-merger integration.
• Prepare executive reporting, board decks, and KPI dashboards.
