Responsible for driving company-wide growth, market positioning, and long-term revenue expansion through strategy, brand leadership, partnerships, key account frameworks, and market intelligence—not direct sales.
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the job
Strategic Business Development
- Lead strategic partnerships, joint ventures, alliances, and framework agreements (government, giga-projects, multinationals).
- Own group-level key account strategy (tier-1 clients, not day-to-day selling).
- Support in complex, high-value bids and tenders.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the manpower sourcing industry.
- Gather and analyse competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations for concerned stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Own the corporate brand strategy across all markets.
- Develop and oversee.

- Digital presence & thought leadership
- PR, awards, and industry positioning
- Ensure consistent brand execution across all departments.
- Position the company as a trusted workforce partner.
Go-to-Market Enablement for Business Units
- Build standardized Go-to-Market frameworks (pricing logic, value propositions, sector messaging).
- Create sales enablement tools (pitch decks, proposals, case studies, credentials).
- Train leadership on strategic selling and client positioning.
- Ensure alignment between marketing messaging and operational capability
Bid Management & Strategic Proposals
- Oversee high-value, complex tenders and RFPs at management level.
- Ensure: strategic fit with long-term goals; coordinate cross-functional input (Strategy, HR, finance, legal, operations).
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirements
Education and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in strategic management or business development are a plus.
Knowledge and Experiences
- 10+ years of experience in strategy development, business development, or management roles within the manpower sourcing or staffing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new services and driving business growth.
Skills
Language: Arabic and English (Fluent).
Computer: Proficiency in business intelligence tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
