Job summary

QIC is seeking a Director, Geospatial Governance to lead the strategic direction, governance, and continual improvement of the enterprise geospatial capability. You will own the Esri Enterprise platform, including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, and Enterprise Geodatabases (SDE), and ensure data stewardship and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems, Geomatics, or related discipline.
10+ years in GIS/geospatial information management or enterprise spatial systems.
5+ years in leadership roles managing teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise geospatial strategy and roadmap.
Establish enterprise GIS governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
Manage Esri Enterprise environment, including ArcGIS Server, Portal, and SDE.
Lead data stewardship, quality assurance, and lifecycle management of geodatabases.
Oversee integration of GIS with BIM, CAD, and asset management systems.
Lead and develop a high-performing GIS team and mentor staff.
Engage stakeholders across business units and executive teams.
