OKX is seeking a Data Engineering Director to lead a high-impact team responsible for enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and analytics. You will drive adoption of Agentic AI while ensuring reliable, scalable data services across the organization.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust data solutions and governance to accelerate decision making at scale.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or data warehousing.
• Hands-on with offline and real-time data warehouses.
• Experience applying Agentic AI in data engineering contexts.
• Experience leading teams of engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers to design scalable pipelines.
• Champion Agentic AI adoption across workflows and data lifecycles.
• Define guardrails and evaluation frameworks for AI in data pipelines.
• Architect data warehouses and data marts with modeling and ETL.
• Build analytics-ready Data Marts using dimensional modeling.
• Implement cloud-based data infrastructure using modern principles.
• Drive delivery across critical projects in a fast-growth setting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements.
