Job summary

IHCC is seeking a seasoned Commercial leader to head the Commercial function at the head office. The role requires governing project commercial delivery, risk management, and executive reporting across the active portfolio.

You will oversee time and cost claims, variations, and final accounts, coordinating with Finance and Corporate Contracts to ensure policy compliance and timely escalations. The position demands a minimum of 10 years in commercial roles within construction, with at least 3

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil/Construction Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• MRICS/FRICS, CIOB or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are desirable.
• Minimum 10 years in commercial/quantity surveying in construction, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead IHCC's commercial operating model and governance across the portfolio.
• Provide executive oversight of project commercial delivery and cashflow governance.
• Own final accounts, variations, claims, and settlement processes; ensure timely handover to Finance.
• Interface with Corporate Contracts to ensure policy consistency and risk management.
