Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth

• Identify, pursue, and develop new outside catering (OSC) business opportunities.
• Proactively source new clients, partnerships, and event opportunities (corporate, government, social, festivals).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
• Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and pricing strategies to secure new business.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.

Sales & Client Management

• Handle outside catering inquiries and prepare customized proposals and quotations.
• Meet clients to understand event requirements and ensure expectations are met.
• Coordinate with Sales, Events, and Banquets teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and social clients.

Event Planning & Operations

• Plan, organize, and execute outside catering events (corporate, weddings, government, VIP, festivals).
• Conduct site visits to assess logistics, access, power, water, and space requirements.
• Ensure timely setup, service, and breakdown at event locations.
• Oversee transportation of food, equipment, and supplies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospitality as OSC Manager/Director.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
