Job summary

Frost & Sullivan seeks a Director to lead complex strategic engagements across healthcare sub-segments in the Middle East. You will develop proposals, drive delivery through a skilled team, and maintain strong client relationships while shaping high-impact recommendations.

The role requires 12–15 years in consulting or healthcare strategy, an MBA, and the ability to grow wallet share across key accounts. A flexible, collaborative culture supports global teams and cutting-edge healthcare topics.

Qualifications

  • 12-15 years of experience in consulting, advisory, strategy, or the healthcare industry.
  • MBA or related master's degree; clinical background is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn / experiment with and quickly adapt new tools and technologies.
  • Strong experience delivering strategic insights to senior clients in healthcare.
  • Business development / sales, analytical, communication (verbal and written), and project management skills.
  • Ability to independently drive projects, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and grow wallet share in accounts.
  • Understanding of healthcare ecosystems in Middle East.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones with distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated domain knowledge in at least 2 of the following fields: Healthcare delivery and hospital strategy; Digital Health; HealthTech; Diagnostics and laboratory services; Investment strategy and due diligence of healthcare companies; Pharma and Biotech

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex strategic engagements across healthcare sub-segments and deliver impactful recommendations.
  • Develop concepts, proposals, and lead pitches to clients with the commercial team.
  • Drive the execution team to deliver engagements and mentor the team to produce high-quality client deliverables.
  • Supervise and mentor consultants/associates to build structured, evidence-backed strategies.
  • Act as the primary client contact; manage expectations and build trusted relationships.
  • Translate client challenges into structured problem statements and actionable, data-driven solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholder priorities in fast-paced settings while owning business performance.
  • Support development of intellectual capital like whitepapers and POVs on emerging healthcare topics.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local healthcare dynamics in the Middle East.
  • Troubleshoot project challenges to resolve bottlenecks and maintain client confidence and momentum.

We are seeking a Director to lead complex strategic engagements across healthcare sub-segments, deliver impactful recommendations, and build strong relationships with clients across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development along with the commercial teams and own the top and bottom-line targets of the practice.
  • Develop concept notes, proposals, and lead pitches to clients along with the commercial team.
  • Drive the execution team to deliver engagements; guide and mentor the team to deliver high-quality client deliverables.
