Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in employee health insurance or related field.
• Experience in insurance-provider management, contract negotiation, budgeting, analytics, and team leadership.
• Experience in a large and complex organization is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the employee health insurance strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead provider evaluation, contract negotiations, and vendor selection with stakeholders.
• Design KPIs and SLAs to measure performance of health insurance programs.
• Oversee policy design, benefit structures, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Finance to develop healthcare budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor utilization, trends, loss ratios, and service quality; report findings to management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and internal governance requirements.
