We are seeking an innovative and strategic leader for the position of Director - Commercial. As the Director of Commercial, you will play a critical role in shaping our commercial strategies, driving financial performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of the Qiddiya project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute commercial strategies that align with Qiddiya's vision.
  • Provide strategic oversight of budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Engage with stakeholders to maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts with suppliers, partners, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and financial models.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
