With 5+ years in consultancy, you will mentor consultants, shape roadmaps, and ensure workshops translate into actionable plans. Strong storytelling with PowerPoint/Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in CS or related field.
• 5+ years in consultancy or related field focusing on digital transformation.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Expertise in IT architectures, emerging technologies, and digital transformation methodologies.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data-driven storytelling.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from initiation to execution.
• Develop and oversee client relationships, ensuring successful collaboration and project outcomes.
• Plan and execute workshops with clients to define roadmaps and strategies.
• Guide and mentor consultants and senior consultants, optimizing team performance.
• Drive the implementation of digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic advice on IT governance, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and measurable business impact.
• Align with sponsors and stakeholders for smooth execution and decisions.
• Manage cross-functional teams and facilitate client/internal communication.
• Contribute to reports and presentations by translating complex information into clear insights.
