Job summary

Smart Products IoT leads the integration of smart devices with CARDIX applications across iOS and Android, guiding the product roadmap and turning ideas into scalable digital products. You will supervise internal and external development teams and manage the complete application development cycle.

The role demands experience in IoT, strong technical skills, and collaboration with design, engineering and marketing to deliver high-quality digital products and features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, CS, or information systems.
• Master’s degree in Product Management or AI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of smart devices with the application.
• Define technologies including Bluetooth and BLE.
• Review and test suppliers SDKs.
• Support integration of device data with the application.
• Test compatibility between devices and the application.
• Follow up on Firmware and OTA updates.
• Ensure continuous communication between the application and devices.
• Lead the development of CARDIX applications on iOS and Android.
• Manage the product roadmap and convert ideas into scalable digital products.
• Supervise internal and external development teams.
• Fully manage the application development cycle.
• Develop CARDIX digital products and PRD documents.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Evaluate technical suppliers and manage relationships.
• Monitor application quality before launch.
• Lead the launch of new products and features.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, operations and customer service teams.
• Prioritize feature development based on business goals.
• Prepare regular performance and progress reports.
• Contribute to building the digital product strategy for the brand.
• Analyze usage data and extract insights.
• Continuously improve user experience.
• Use AI to develop products.
• Study latest global technologies and assess applicability.
• Lead the innovation culture within the brand.

• Develop a user experience aligned with CARDIX identity
• Design the complete user journey
• Design and improve user interfaces
• Conduct usability testing

Application Development

• Manage the product roadmap
• Convert ideas into scalable digital products
• Supervise internal and external development teams
• Fully manage the application development cycle

Product Management

• Develop CARDIX digital products
• Prepare Product Requirement Documents PRD
• Collaborate with product design engineering and marketing teams
• Evaluate technical suppliers and manage relationships
• Monitor application quality before launch
• Lead the launch of new products and features

Operations and Team Support

• Coordinate with marketing sales operations and customer service teams
• Prioritize feature development based on business goals
• Prepare regular performance and progress reports
• Contribute to building the digital product strategy for the brand

Analysis and Innovation

• Use artificial intelligence to develop products

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Master’s degree in Product Management or Artificial Intelligence is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in developing digital products and applications.
• Experience in smart devices / IoT.
• Experience managing product development teams.
