Apply now for the position of Digital Health Solutions Architect Manager, and you will support the Digital Health and Enterprise Imaging IT business team with the pre‑sales activities including workflow analysis, system configuration, pricing and preparing statement of work and solution description documents.

• Supports the Digital Health and Enterprise Imaging IT business team with the pre‑sales activities including workflow analysis, system configuration, pricing and preparing statement of work and solution description documents
• Work with our product and engineering teams, as well as our middleware partners, to design digital solutions that improve customer’s workflow and productivity
• Consult with customers on technical solutions, together with Sales Manager or Key Account Manager for the Digital Health Business (Syngo, Digital Health)
• Clarify customer’s specification in request for proposal (RFP), and provide comprehensive responses to customer’s RFP’s
• Responsible for technical design as well as hardware sizing of offered solutions
• Ensure optimal performance & efficiency in all process activities related to your area of responsibility
• Ensure proper pricing of offered solutions
• Clarify specification and continuously liaise with accountable Commercial Project Manager Internal
• Develop deep understanding of Siemens Healthineers digital solutions including PACS/RIS/CVIS/AI and performance management solutions
• Act as the reference point for the Siemens Healthineers Digital business managers for product knowledge and value propositions
• Engage with the execution team during implementation to ensure commitments are implemented according to the statement of work and design specifications

Your Expertise

• Previous experience in PACS/RIS/VNA/CVIS Solutions design is a must
• Strong technical background with demonstrated experience in deploying Healthcare IT solutions
• Good understanding of HL7 and DICOM Protocols
• Strong Experience in hardware sizing, virtualization and networking
• Clear understanding of departmental workflow in hospitals: radiology, cardiology, and other ologies
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to build long term relations with key accounts
• Ability to perform customer presentations
• Technical writing skills including statement of work and solution design documents
