About the Role
We are seeking a Saudi National Direct Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is responsible for driving customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion through data-driven direct marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate is well-versed in current digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and the evolving social media ecosystem in KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize direct marketing campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, direct mail, etc.) targeting segmented customer bases.
- Develop and manage personalized, automated customer journeys using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or local equivalents).
- Leverage customer data and analytics to build relevant and measurable campaigns that improve conversion rates and customer retention.
- Work closely with content, social media, and performance marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Use A/B testing and analytics to improve open rates, CTR, and ROI for each campaign.
- Integrate direct marketing campaigns with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X/Twitter) and community management tools where relevant.
- Stay informed about evolving consumer behavior trends in Saudi Arabia, especially regarding mobile-first and social commerce practices.
- Ensure compliance with KSA data protection laws and communication regulations.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in direct or digital marketing, CRM, or marketing automation.
- Proficiency with tools such as:
- CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.)
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Looker Studio)
- Social media integration tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, retention strategies, and personalization.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in consumer brands, especially in beauty, lifestyle, automotive, or tech.
- Familiarity with GCC social media habits and trends.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketing funnels and social commerce tools like TikTok Shop or Instagram Shopping.
