Job summary

Adree is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to accelerate product development and platform automation. You will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure, bridging development and operations through CI/CD, IaC, and automation with full visibility and auditability.

You will lead enterprise CI/CD patterns, manage multi-agent pipelines, and collaborate with Security and QA to ensure compliant, production-ready delivery across OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of professional DevOps/SRE experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on production delivery exposure (scaling live environments, not only sandbox/test).
• Experience in government, heavily regulated, or complex enterprise sectors is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in CI/CD pipelines and secure patterns.

Responsibilities

• Gather platform requirements with clients and stakeholders for automation goals.
• Deliver presentations and documentation demonstrating CI/CD capabilities (agent pools, environment provisioning).
• Create reusable pipeline templates and secure shared libraries in Azure DevOps Server.
• Provide DevOps expertise across the product lifecycle (branching, build runners, Linux systems).
• Collaborate with Security and QA to manage libraries and integrate Fortify SCA.
• Lead GitOps delivery with Argo CD to OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.
• Integrate monitoring hooks with AppDynamics/BMC/Azure into deployment patterns.
• Stay current with containerization and automation trends; drive production deployment patterns.

Adree is seeking a Devops Engineer, Senior to support product development and platform automation initiatives by leveraging technical and analytical expertise to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure solutions that enable efficient and automated software delivery. The role focuses on bridging development and operations through CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation practices to ensure seamless deployment, system reliability, and standardized delivery processes with full visibility and auditability.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather platform requirements and understand digital transformation and automation goals
• Deliver presentations and documentation that demonstrate CI/CD capabilities, including:
  • Agent pool management
  • Environment provisioning
  • Enterprise pipeline design
• Support product and engineering teams by creating reusable pipeline templates and secure shared libraries in Azure DevOps Server
• Provide DevOps expertise across the product lifecycle to:
  • Enforce complex branching strategies
  • Optimize build runner performance
  • Maintain Linux-based runner systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security and QA) to:

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field

Experience

• 6-10+ years of professional experience in:
  • DevOps
  • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
  • Build & Release automation in enterprise environments
• Proven, hands‑on production delivery exposure (e.g., scaling live environments, not only sandbox/testing environments)
• Experience in government, heavily regulated, or complex enterprise sectors is highly preferred
