Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Director FP&A - Development to lead financial oversight of capital projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule and scope. You will produce management packs, BoD decks, and executive presentations, translating complex data into clear materials for senior leadership.

The role requires 15+ years in finance, CPA/CA/ACCA/MBA, and over 5 years in FP&A with leadership experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or business management required; master's preferred.
Professional certifications such as CPA/CA/ACCA or MBA required.
15 years of overall experience in finance, with significant progression.
>5 years of FP&A experience, and >5 years in senior leadership positions.
Experience with master development, construction, real estate, or large multinationals is required.

Responsibilities

Lead financial oversight of capital projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and scope.
Prepare management packs, Board decks, and executive presentations.
Translate complex financial data into clear, structured materials for senior leadership.
Track contingency utilization, provisional sums, and contractor claims.
Ensure data integrity between project and accounting systems and drive system integration.
Identify project risks and opportunities and integrate into forecasts.
Build data structures and models to support planning and decision-making.
Standardize reporting frameworks, KPIs, and executive logs for development.
Mentor and lead FP&A teams and drive continuous improvement.
