Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Manager - Management Reporting & Consolidation to lead the FP&A function. You will drive monthly/quarterly consolidation, management packs, executive reporting, and scenario models, ensuring data governance and system integration.

Strong Anaplan expertise (or similar) and mandatory Power BI skills are expected. The role requires 10+ years in FP&A and at least 6 years in a managerial capacity, with experience in capital-intensive industries or multinational

Qualifications

10+ years of FP&A, financial consolidation, or management reporting experience.
Minimum 6 years in a managerial role overseeing reporting or consolidation.
Experience in master development, construction, infrastructure, real estate, or capital-intensive industries preferred.
Big 4 or Tier 1 consultancy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly and quarterly financial consolidation processes across entities.
Oversee preparation of management packs, executive presentations, and Board materials.
Translate complex data into structured reports and dashboards.
Act as a key Anaplan power user; support model development and what-if analysis.
Lead Power BI dashboard development and automation initiatives.
Ensure alignment across Anaplan, SAP S/4HANA, and reporting platforms.
Support FP&A teams with advanced financial analysis and KPI tracking.
Build and maintain robust financial models for planning and forecasting.
Standardize reporting templates, KPI frameworks, and action trackers.
Partner with accounting, treasury, development finance and stakeholders for data accuracy.
Manage and develop a small team of analysts.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline cycles.
