Job summary

Qiddiya invites an experienced Senior Design Manager—Landscape & Public Realm to shape world-class landscapes across its destination developments in Saudi Arabia. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive design excellence and ensure delivery from concept to construction with a client-side perspective.

Reporting to the Director of Landscape & Public Realm, you will govern consultants, optimise programmes, and champion sustainable placemaking, climate-responsive strategies and guest

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Chartered Landscape Architect status is preferred.
• Experience leading client-side landscape design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape and public realm design across multiple projects.
• Oversee design governance, reviews and consultant management.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams (civil, MEP, architecture).
• Develop execution strategies, schedules and budgets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability standards.
• Mentor junior staff and foster knowledge sharing.
