Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager - Landscape Design to lead landscape and public realm strategies across flagship destination developments. You will guide design excellence, governance, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver immersive guest experiences.

The role requires extensive leadership in complex projects, strong technical expertise, and a client-side mindset focused on safety, sustainability and value realization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in large-scale landscape/public realm projects.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary design teams and consultants.
• Knowledge of Qatar/Saudi regulations and sustainability standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape and public realm design across multiple projects.
• Oversee governance, consultant management and procurement support.
• Ensure design quality, program delivery, budget and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including architecture, civil, utilities and MEP.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
