Job summary

MRP-Global seeks a DesignOps Consultant to support a large Customer Experience project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This strategy role will coordinate design operations across the program, including operating model, governance, tooling and rituals for the UX/UI team.

The engagement runs 12 months full-time from October/November, with emphasis on delivering scalable CX capabilities, local stakeholder engagement in KSA, and leveraging AI-enabled design and research tools.

Qualifications

• Proven DesignOps experience on large scale CX programmes.
• Strong client facing skills in KSA and understanding local cultures.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Miro and Maze.
• Experience with AI accelerated design/research tools.
• Experience in regulated industries such as telecoms, financial services, government, digital infrastructure.
• Experience with KSA context and societal trends across generations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design operations across the program including operating model, governance, tooling and rituals.
• Lead setup of UX/UI design system in the CX program.

DesignOps Consultant required to support the set-up of a large Customer Experience project for a industry leader in Saudi Arabia.

This is a strategy position where the successful candidate will coordinate design operations across the program including the operating model, governance, tooling and rituals for the UX/UI team who will design the system.

12-month initial engagement located full time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - project starting in October / November.

Key experience required:

• Proven DesignOps experience on large scale CX programmes
• Strong client facing skills in KSA - able to work with stakeholders and understand local cultures and nuances
• Strong hands on experience across Figma, Miro and modern research tooling i.e Maze
• Experience with AI accelerated design / research tools
