Job summary

Sanabil Venture Studio in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior, consultative sales professional with 7+ years of experience, ideally in interior design, real estate, or high-ticket consumer categories. You will own consultations, close deals, and guide a sales team while managing Attio as the single source of truth for all leads and opportunities.

You will train others, handle pipeline hygiene, and engage affluent homeowners with credibility in design discussions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consultative sales with a track record of closing deals
• 2+ years leading or coaching salespeople
• Fluent Arabic with strong English and credibility discussing design

Responsibilities

• Run first consultations with homeowners in person or by video
• Close opportunities on the right Revie design package
• Own pipeline, forecast, and win rate; keep Attio updated
• Coach design sales consultants on discovery, pricing, and objections
• Review calls and proposals; run weekly pipeline reviews
• Handover signed or lost deals to design team with clear scope and budget
• Maintain disciplined client communication; document decisions in Slack
• Feed client insights back into pricing, packages, and marketing
