Job summary

Sanabil Studio is seeking a Design Sales Manager to own the end-to-end design sales process for Revie in Riyadh. You will close inbound leads, manage the design sales pipeline, coach consultants, and own the Attio CRM. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with the Design Director to raise win rates.

You should bring 7+ years in consultative sales, a design/architecture background, and the ability to talk credibly with affluent Saudi homeowners. Strong CRM discipline is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consultative sales with solo deal closures.
• 2+ years leading or coaching other salespeople.
• Fluent in Arabic; strong English; credible on design topics with affluent clients in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Run first consultations with homeowners and close design packages.
• Maintain fast response times and prevent leads from going cold.
• Own monthly design signing targets and team win rate; monitor deals and reasons for losses.
• Coach design sales consultants on discovery, pricing, and objections; conduct weekly reviews.
• Handover signed clients to design team with scope and budget documented.
• Maintain disciplined client communication; use Slack for decisions.
